Whatever you drench with, the label or your advisor will give a quantity per plant or per acre. The goal is to give every plant the same, correct amount.
A simple way to check your quantity
- Mix the solution as the label says.
- Before going into the field, run the device into a measuring jug and see how much comes out.
- Adjust the setting and check again until the quantity is what you want per plant.
- Write the setting down so you can repeat it next time.
The SWASTI Auto Soil Drenching Device has a dial between Min and Max to set the quantity, so you do not have to pour by hand.
